Do you need some new breakfast ideas that only take five minutes to make? I’ve got you covered – here are my favourite quick and healthy breakfast ideas for eating during the week…
Overnight oats topped with blueberries
Mix oats with mashed banana and milk and leave overnight. In the morning your oats will be ready to eat. If you want an extra bit of sweetness add in some grated apple to the mix. Top with blueberries and walnuts and some honey for extra sweetness.

Raspberry smoothie
Mix a handful of raspberries with a ripe banana and milk and blitz in a blender. You can even add in some spinach leaves in you want to get some iron. I promise you that you won’t taste it!

Greek yoghurt topped with strawberries
Can you tell I’m a big blueberry fan? Layer thick, greek yoghurt with big, juicy strawberries and pecans – and if you’re feeling a bit extra you could even add a drizzle of honey. Perfect for summer!
Eggs on toast

Chia pudding with yoghurt

Weetabix with fresh strawberries
I’m not a huge cereal fan but out of all of the ones out there Weetabix is probably the best, especially as it’s so versatile. I have mine with soya milk and fresh strawberries – simple and delicious.

Warm oats with blueberries
